For ideas of places to visit, see some of our recommendations below. Your bar stop choices will be finalized with your driver at the start of your tour. Stop choices will be subject to road closures, city special events, and private parties at bars, and because these change so frequently in Downtown Reno, your driver’s knowledge at the tour start will be your very best resource!
PREFERRED STOPS
Black Rabbit Meads
Our favorite bar and your tour start/end location! Their Reno mountain living themed taproom is home to a selection of cider-style meads and an exciting craft cocktail menu. Ingredients are sourced from the Sierra Nevada region, making it one of the most “Reno” places in town. No need to choose Black Rabbit Meads as one of your stops because it will be where we get your adventure going!
The Eddy
Have a drink in a collaborative community space on the bank of the Truckee River. If being outdoors, yard games, delicious bites, and great drinks are part of your ideal afternoon, then make The Eddy a stop on your Brew Bike adventure! Summer time and outdoor fun are central to this sea container social experience, so keep that in mind if you are concerned about weather. This is a great stop when their gates are open, which is usually March through October.
Reno Axe
Reno Axe has created a causal urban atmosphere for an experience you won’t forget. Grab your flannels, boots and axes as their professional instructors show you how to throw axes, and then make your way to the bar for a drink. Reno Axe is a great place for team building, parties and letting loose. Sure to be a hit with your group!
Bundox Bocce
22,000 feet of indoor/outdoor glowing, sparkly fun! 9 Bocce Ball courts, 9 skee-ball machines, and many other bar games. They have a full bar and food offerings. A stop at Bundox will set you up nicely for a lot of options for your next stop on a Brew Bike ride. And once you’ve been you will definitely want to come back!
Lo-Bar Social
Great spot to stop in for a top-notch cocktail. With a full bar downstairs in the Lo-Bar area, your group is sure to find the drinks they need. Later Brew Bike rides can sometimes find music and dancing on busier nights. Head up upstairs to the Hi-Bar for a rooftop deck and fire pit to enjoy the Reno night!
Playfield Sports and Games
Have you checked out Playfield’s Lake Street location? If your group has competitive tendencies, make this blend of bar/restaurant/arcade a part of your night. High fiving, fist pumping, and victory hooting are allowed. Enjoy craft beers and quality cocktails while besting your besties.
1864 Tavern
To commemorate the great year that we achieved statehood, 1864 Tavern features a Victorian era style atmosphere and decor. So grab a settee, lounge, or sofa and let the great staff at 1864 Tavern serve you up a locally brewed beer, regional wine, or a cocktail mixed from locally sourced ingredients. Stop in and celebrate Nevada!
Pinon Bottle Co.
Come to discover Reno’s Beer Library! They fill growlers and serve flights, sell 6 packs and bombers, offer 36 taps and hundreds of bottles and cans. High fiving bartenders with award winning smiles will guide you through tap takeovers, mystery tap night, beer tasting classes, and brewing discussions.
Birdeez
New in 2025, Birdeez brings a different kind of bar experience to Reno. Three indoor 9-hole courses of mini golf dominate their large, two story, space. Drinks are served at both bars, which are located downstairs and at ground level. You can also often find gameshow style trivia and a big selection of dart boards. Birdeez is great fun whether you’re on a bar crawl with friends or on a family-friendly adventure. A great way to wrap up a Brew Bike ride is to be dropped off at Birdeez, so that your party can continue with food, drinks, and plenty of time for a round of mini golf!
