Wondering what you can do to make your Brew Bike birthday party extra special? These 5 birthday party upgrades are certain to bring even more fun to your Reno Brew Bike experience! Brew Bike and birthday parties were meant to be together! Our 15 inward facing seats, sound system, party lights, and general jovial atmosphere are perfect for celebrating the day of your birth, or that of somebody who is important to you. Getting together to have drinks with 14 people who care is a great starting point, but if your celebration needs upgrades, we’ve compiled for you the best Brew Bike birthday party ideas.

(1) Make it a Surprise

Who doesn’t like a surprise? A surprise is no additional cost to you, and it doesn’t become trash at the end of the night.
Our Start/End location makes surprising the birthday person easy:

  • Convince them to have a beer with some friends at Lead Dog Brewing Co. or Black Rabbit Meads.
  • Have everybody arrive 45+ minutes before your tour’s reservation time.
  • Since the tours start and end right there, no more coordination is required.
  • After that first round, settle up and walk out to the Brew Bike. “Surprise!”

Optionally request a pickup:

Brew Bike can roll up somewhere as a surprise, up to within 1 mile of our Start/End. Be sure to call in the pickup request a few days in advance.

(2) Accessorize your People

People accessories are an easy upgrade!

  • Make a night tour flashy with glow necklaces and light up jewelry.

  • Candy or pretzel necklaces for the group improves a summer daytime tour. A snack and a pallet cleanser!
  • Can’t go wrong with a mandatory crown, cape, huge bike helmet, or anything that might embarrass the birthday person.
  • Leis, wigs, feather boas, and disguises are also easy to hand out and will make your group stand out.

(3) Decorate the Bike

Our rigs get plenty of attention unadorned, but the following decorations leave no doubt that a party’s going on:

  • Helium balloons
  • Streamers, signs, flags, and caution tape
  • Large signs or balloons indicating years since birth (recommended > 2′ tall). Advertise their age 😉

(4) Attendee Themes

Costumes and hats really make the group photos pop! If you don’t think you can rely on the crew, bringing simple costume parts (15 of each) might better ensure group uniformity. Perhaps this event deserves matching custom T Shirts? A shirt with somebody’s face printed on it never goes out of style!

(5) Food and Finales

Don’t let the party stop when the tour comes to an end!

  • Bring cake or cupcakes or other snacks to eat on the bike and at the tour end.
  • Many of our partner stops are also great places to spend the rest of your afternoon or evening!
  • For a grand finale? Have the driver drop you off somewhere with even more party attendees for a final birthday surprise.

With a Brew Bike tour, your Reno birthday party is bound to be a hit! However, if you were looking to do a little extra something, hopefully one or more of our suggestions can make your celebration unforgettable.

  1. Hello. I am wanting to reserve a birthday surprise tour. I was curious if your company does anything specials for birthday’s? Additionally, I was curious if the pubs or tour spots have to be selected prior to the reservation? I liked the idea of taking the birthday boy to his favorite pub (Lead Dog) 45 min before the reservation and then having the bike ready as a surprise. Overall, I was hoping for more information in reference to the destinations and timing of things. Thank you
