Renting both of our Brew Bikes is the first and most popular option for enjoying a Brew Bike tour with a large group. This method ensures your whole group will stay together for the entire duration of the tour. There will be two tour drivers and the two bikes will follow one another through downtown from bar to bar. Depending on the date, we can often discount the cost of the second bike by 20%. Midweek corporate events can usually take advantage of this discount.

During your tour, we do coordinate with each location ahead of the stop. Despite our efforts, wait times for drinks will be longer than usual. No matter how prepared the bar, an influx of people this size creates a backup of drink orders. Patience with the serving staff and simple orders will help keep the drinks flowing.
Shuttling with a Large Group
An alternative option for your Brew Bike tour with a large group requires only a single pedal trolley. To shuttle, the tour guide will divide the group into two halves and the first half will pedal to the first stop. The driver then returns to pick up the remaining half. The whole group will be apart for about 20 minutes between stops.
The two groups will overlap for about half the time at each stop, so that the entire large group is reunited. The shuttling process is repeated and continues until the end of the tour. This option helps reduce the wait times for drinks, and eases the workload for the bar staff. When renting the whole bike, there is an option available to select Shuttle Upgrade as an add on while you make your reservation.
